What kind of leather do you use for your products?
We exclusively use 100% full-grain cow leather, which is the highest quality grade available. Our leather is vegetable-tanned to ensure durability and a natural finish that develops a beautiful patina over time.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders. For personalized or monogrammed items, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for our artisans to prepare your unique piece.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused, non-personalized items. Please note that custom-monogrammed products are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How should I care for my leather bag?
To maintain the quality of your leather, we recommend applying a leather conditioner every 3-6 months. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture; if it gets wet, pat it dry immediately with a soft cloth.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all MAHI Leather products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
